Loody — Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 6, 2026

Loody is operated by Juniper AI Labs LLC. Contact: towaki.komatsu32@gmail.com.

1. About this policy

This policy explains how we handle information when you use the app, its cloud creation features, and related support. We process information to provide the features you request, administer access and purchases, maintain security, and understand how the service performs.

2. Information you provide

You may select photos, enter text prompts, choose templates, create or edit videos, save favorites, and contact support. Cloud generation sends the selected inputs and requested settings to our service infrastructure. We do not need access to your entire photo library merely because you select a photo with the Android picker. Messages you choose to send to support may include your email address and the information you include.

3. Device and service information

The service uses app and installation identifiers, account or service identifiers, device model and operating system, app version, language and region settings, network information such as an IP address, request status, and records needed to operate creation and purchase features. Local drafts and selected image copies may persist between sessions so that you can continue editing.

4. Google services and experiments

Google Play processes purchases. We may receive purchase tokens, product identifiers, transaction and entitlement information needed to verify access and reconcile credits; we do not receive your full payment card details from Google Play. Firebase Remote Config delivers settings and stable experiment assignments. Release builds also use Google Analytics for Firebase to record feature, experiment exposure, and purchase events with app-instance and device information. Debug test builds disable Analytics collection. See Firebase privacy information and Google’s privacy policy for Google’s processing.

5. How information is used and shared

We use information to process selected content, return and manage results, restore editing state, verify purchases and subscriptions, handle support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and features. Hosting, AI processing, storage, and other service providers may process information as needed to operate these functions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Content sent to cloud processing should be content you have permission to use.

6. Storage and retention

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here and for applicable legal, security, dispute, and accounting requirements. The appropriate period depends on the record and purpose. Drafts, selected photo copies, cached media, and exported files can remain on your device until removed through available controls or device storage management. Removing a local file does not itself remove every server record. Contact support to request deletion of service-side information.

7. Your choices and requests

You can choose which images to share through the system picker, manage Android permissions, use available history or result deletion controls, and manage subscriptions in Google Play. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, or obtain a copy of information. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law or a legitimate unresolved obligation requires it.

8. Security and international processing

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We apply the protections required by applicable law and remain available to answer questions about processing.

9. Children and other people’s information

The service is not designed for children. Do not submit another person’s personal or sensitive information without an appropriate right or permission. If you believe a child or another person’s information has been provided improperly, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date appears above. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Contact the operator using the email address above for privacy questions and requests.

Website visits

This product website provides information and links to email support. It does not offer web accounts, media uploads or a separate web generation service, and its source includes no advertising or analytics scripts. Your email provider processes email you choose to send. Any future hosting provider may process basic request information needed to deliver and protect the website; applicable hosting details will be reviewed before public deployment.
